DEMONETISATION OF RS 500 AND RS 1000 NOTES FROM INDIAN CURRENCY.

Indian Government declared  that Rs 500 and Rs 1000 rupee notes are no longer legal tender. All hell let loose after that long QUE  has been observed in all banks and post office for currency. PM is asking for another 50 days hardship towards normalization.Govt. views that it will cut the money flow to the terrorist , cross border illegal money supply and above all black money . Govt. claims that a few lakhs crore has already been deposited to bank since 8th. Whatever we are reading in newspaper or see it in TV all claim are subjective and Govt. yet to tell us the benfit in real term so that gain  can be measured . As a common we like to know the gain we will enjoy.

1. As per govt a few lakhs crore is in Govt. coffer then did govt. reduce the income tax level of common man. If it is so then how much.

2. Govt. can tell in coming six month there will be no terrorist attack in India as terrorist will not have money to acquire firearms etc.

3. For retired person like us ( non pension holder)  there will be increase in FD rate so that monthly income derived from it can be increased otherwise our income reduces day by day  just opposite to pension holder..

4. Black money collected can be shared with state so that state can reduce taxes levied to their citizen.  i.e road tax, municipal tax , water tax ,vat etc.

5. So much moneywas withdrawn from the market but prices of vegetables and daily required commodity is yet to be reduced. In fact as per economics  commodity will be excess but no money but such situation is not appearing.

6. So much cash input Bank's financial health will be improved . They will not be worried about NPA. In newspaper it is seen that amount of NPA and write off both increased for SBI whose chairman received one year extension a few days back. But situation speaks otherwise  all bank share price is downwards means it is burden with liability.

7. People of India ready to stand behind prime minister for 50 days if all benefits are quantified and declared.

8. Healthcare and travelling will be on reduce cost.

Otherwise we do not understand  by unearthing black money  what common man will get. A few people will suffer but common man will not gain. It is not doing any reform in the system to eradicate corruption therefore those who are in responsible position , having nuisence value  will continue to take money and poor people will suffer. All terrorist out fit will raise their demand to have cut money. Political parties those who are  effected by this move will also follow same path. Those who knew the move may be saved . This will have serious effect on project execution and India's GDP growth.

Prime minister 's thinking is appreciated but process is all wrong. PM did not take along the states therefore it can not be a mass movement.

We do not know how much black money deposited and how many white money deposited. My wife since last four years saved considerable amount from her pocket money and gift money and kept it with her as saving and she has to declare her black money so that i can deposit to her account..such case is true to most of the middle class family. Is Govt targeting such money ? Govt should pursue economic offender of more than 500 crore and their list to be displayed in INTERNET and lead a mass movement to boycott  them. In case of Mr mallya  who pilfer 9000 crore officially and  unofficially may be few thousand crore more . Govt should pursue them and recover the money and our bank can improve their NPA.

We will with PM and ready to face hardship but benefits given to be quantified  and measurable otherwise only talking will not serve the purpose.

NPA - NON PERFORMING ASSET - BANKING HEADACHE - GOVT INACTION

Since new govt. has taken over the reign NPA was projected widely as a big issue of our economic process. The issue is going on endlessly without any end. A common man understand that a few individual have taken loan and with that loan they increase their personal asset and defaulted in repayment. Bank mostly PSU banks only write to them and they will not reply or reply through a law firm and the process will continue another fifty years.

PSU banks failed to publicise any defaulter list in web pin pointing the major defaulters. At least Public will know the men behind this . Any company who is defaulted MD/major share holder name has to announce. Bank should target individual concerned not the company itself.

Except kingfisher case ( v. mallaya) no other case was brought to common man notice. There may hundreds of mallaya in Banks list they all should brought limelight in the public. Ministry of finance should update the status month wise so that public should know who are the defaulters and for whom our country is suffering

Till date no such efforts was made and this clearly shows that influential people in the present government is involved earlier government.

Untill and unless this becomes a political issue this will not have a solution at sight. Lot of noise was raised for kingfisher case can government able to reduce one rupee from bank NPA of kingfisher ? Answer is no . 

Transperency is the key for this NPA involving huge amount of money. We are steadily getting down in corruption index means our country is getting corrupt more and more.  In this juncture Government should act immediately for public sake.

If you go through RBI websites hundreds of circulars have been digitised and placed in the web. Even circular (quaterly) to get information from banks is also in the web except one information the list of defaulters. BLACK MARKETING OF RAILWAY TICKET UTILISE THE PRINCIPAL IN DAILY LIFE.

On declaration of surge pricing on Railway ticket means you can do hoarding ,black marketing on essential commodities.That means if you understand or feel that price of onion/ /potatoes etc price will be increased then you can hoard it and sell it under the camofledge of surge pricing. differential tax can be paid. your Black marketing is legitimate.After introduction  Tatkal and Premium Tatkal Black marketing of Railway kick start nad surge pricing completed the cycle. Earlier and at present agents of railway can do the black marketing and also  private operator . Now IRCTC will be on the fray.

To introduce tatkal system and surge pricing railway has to withdraw from its ticketing system VIP quota .All sets and berths available in the internet/website on real time basis.otherwise it is understood that vip quota will be booked in lesser price and common people will book on surge pricing. In surge pricing all are equal and pricing will on requirement. Even president of India will not have quota. 

Everytime  any thing declared on pricing  simple execuses are betterment of facilities . U can take a survey anf fin that it is detoriating. Except cleaning of compartment where people work due passenger incentive. 

Introduction of surge pricing is introduction of black marketing .This need to be discussed throughly or else government can legitimate hoarding , black marketing so that poor black marketeers can earn legitimate money by introducing surge pricing.

Therefore this surge pricing is not only illegal but anti common people who do not have any vip backing.

DISASTER AT KOLKATA - COLLAPSE OF FLY OVER

Twenty six person lost their lives and around  one hundred are injured in this accident .Newspaper is full of stories , photographes ,weird theories about construction is going on endlessly. As a professional of construction industry a few statements need to be cleared in the mind of common man who does not understand construction industry

aa. Chief Minister is well within her rights for expediting its completion within March'16. One should  thankful to CM for taking interest on delayed project.I have seen and worked in different projects of national interest but never seen CM taking interest for completion of the project. Ground rule is, series of meeting prior to CM meeting will be held for finalisation of dates and CM may take that or further squeeze the schedule and that becomes final for all the authorities.Therefore blaming CM for expediting is ridiculous.

bb. As reported in the newspaper span of this section is more than others . There will be engineering checks but experience says that there will be no problem in engineering as we are good in engineering and there may be three to four layers of check and such calculation is done through specialised software where in margin of error is minimum. The only area left is construction supervision ,methodlogy  and material etc. Civil construction does not require much items. Now all the major contracts contains a clause of cement procurement ( at five companies are mentioned with iS requirement). Therefore technically there will not be any problem in cement. Same procedure is follwed for TMT Bar and plates. These are modern procedures. Manufacturers are certified buy ultimate client , reputed consultant  etc. Major item left is HSFG bolts/HTC bolts which will be subject to scrutiny. \

cc. Therefore construction method is the kyt area to be looked into. KMDA is company which is more than fifty years old therefore their outlook is orthodox and may not fit for executing such time bound big project wherein the rquirement of decision and method /process is must . One need to look into DMRC execution as they follow most modern methods to carry out the project and KMDA may be found wanting . Old orthodox companies are averse to change their outlook. Therefore KMDA may not have a laid down procedure of quality management and safety management.. In spite of excellant management of DMRC they also faced the collapse of girder and number of cranes. All the root causes are construction supervison .

dd. IVRCL was awarded contract on 2009 that time company's performance was good . It is detoriated from 2013 onwards . Therefore awarding is wrong should not be a point to ponder.
Any company got a contract in a GOVT or PSU is very difficult to change in the midway whatever be the cause . It  may take more than a year to do so . Therefore official take softer root and compromise with quality and safety. This type of companies compromise with quality manpower ,try to bypass system etc. Therefore results into such happening.. If they had quality supervisor engineer at site during concreting then caution raised by workers should have been checked and accident can be avoided.

ee. Enquiry will be done for all aspect of labor supply the result will not come to the public. labor supply contractor cannot be blamed for this mishap as their role is limited to manpower supply and supervision of their manpower .

There will be number of state Govt agency will jump into this mishap to find out the cause but as it has been
earlier only enquiry report will be bulky but the construction worker will not benefited.

All arrest etc will not bring the dead man alive neither it will prevent recurrence of such incidents because we follow wrong procedure of vendor selection * based on finanacial value rather than qualitative value(*. we do not follow modern techniques of evolution of vendor..we do not follow basic labor laws and try offload the responsibility to incompetent people. This is a picture of construction industry. Only construction worker,supervisor and engineers are scapegoat.

There are many other aspect like insurance , compensation , minimum wages , PF , etc . All this aspect will come into play time to time. Whatever i saw in earlier cases this remain unsolved and political influence comes into play. Construction worker remain deprived of benenfit.

We request to CM to take immediate steps for improvement of process and monitoring the same otherwise this type accident will happen time and again.
