MORAL VALUE IN CRICKET.

Recent happenings in Ashs series started a debate on moral issues. Stuart broad was clearly

out but refused to leave the field on a pretext that umpire did not indicate out. Stuart broad

stood his ground firmly knowing fully well that he is out. It is not understood which side

of the moral he is following i.e he has moral right to stand there as umpire did not give him

out rather than follow his moral instinct about right or wrong instill by his parents. To

complicate the matter Mr michel holding pointed out the incidence of " ramdin " banned

for a game for try to mislead umpire in his  decision on moral ground. Incidently

match refree was Chris Broad. It can be said  Chris Broad fails to instill moral values

to his son  but passed judgement on moral ground to some other. It can  be very well said

cricket is funny game with hyprocatic character like Chris Broad with a system( DRS) which

helps undermine moral values received from parents. 

FINANCIAL SCAM IN WEST BENGAL

We have been disturbed for last 14 days about the financial scam which is blown out recently. The scam master is now under police custody with his associates. However all the news channel are increasing their TRP by covering the news , by providing discussions , interviews etc. Everybody in the news channel analysing the situation ,moves etc threadbare but nobody provides any  solution to depositors so that some relief can be provided. All are convinced by the virtue of scam history , and

judiciary process the same has to undergone no relief can be provided to depositors in coming 10yrs.

A few pertaining questions come to my mind and i seek active comment on this.

1. There is lack of political will amongst the political parties to conduct awareness programme against

such companies . As such for small issues political parties are taking out rallies etc to make people aware of the situation. We did not hear anything about that sort since last ten years. There may be some

administrative measures but the reason and objectives may be different. Common man can not remember

any steps taken by political parties on  this issues. All this years all were busy to get benefit out of it.

2. As on date also no advertisement on newspaper or on mass media about this operation. All are busy

in criticising each other to get political mileage and common man remain neglected.

3. In my opinion depositors should lodge individual complain in local Police station about the non payment of dues after maturity , non payment of interest as promised in the instrument and pre-mature encashment of fixed deposit. A depositor may face all the three situation or part there of. He should register the complain as the case fit for his deposit. This will help him /her to register his name legally for the beneficiary of the instrument. If there is any movement of getting the money his /her name will automatically appear. Also police need to file a closure report on the FIR/GD registered in their book.

4. There are number of regulative bodies who audits the companies account for last several years . Why no investigation should be done on them specially CA firms . Whether they have pointed out financial irregularities of the companies. The officials connected for regulation should be suspended immediately as they failed to discharge their duties. 

VISIT TO PURI

Recently common man went to Puri ,a religious place of Hindu religion  in Odisha. The place is 

famous for  JAGANNATH TEMPLE and its sea beaches . We purchased ticket  for " GARIB RATH"

a train introduced by earlier Railway Minister Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav  for the low income group

people with an intention that they should enjoy AC class Travel  comparatively on less cost 

than other regular train. On his time a middle birth was introduced on all three tier compartment 

whether it is AC or  non AC. This idea was rejected by people as because it was inconvenient seat

on the total train. As it is understood supreme court was given a verdict to remove all this seat

from the train. To our dismay we have found Garib Rath is still following the tradition .We are

hapless people not to know this. We were told that the luxury allowed by Supreme Court is not

for " GARIB" . So before you travel please check your berth number positively.

Who am I

Title of the blog explain that I am a common man who are available all over the world with every aspect dissimilar ( size , colour , language  etc ) but one aspect is common to all of us that is we are followers not leaders . If anybody does research work on common man he will find all over the world there is distinct similarities on their thoughts whether he is an american , German , Indian etc. One should found out how a common becomes happy or felt depressed or saddened due to the situation .

I spent my childhood in city of joy i.e. KOLKATA. My education was in non discrete Bengali medium school  and do not have any influential parent or relatives. After completion of school i was admitted to a renouned engineering college , Bengal engineering College ( NOW TERMED AS BESU). Some of my Alma mater , fellow student and my juniors  may be achieved much more than what we genrally achieved in life. But never the less I spent my college days as common student by studying , playing and socialising amongst ourselves without the help of others . Completion of college life and achieving the degree brought me to the real life where you try to find out influential people to place you in the market. I did not have one therefore i went through the trianning provided by Govt for one year and side by side sitting for competitive examination. Ocassionally visiting astrologer to know the future ahead and trying establish a link with influential people.However I succeded in one of the competitive examination and secure a good job in the market. I persue the job with enthuism and completed my turn on that organisation. A common man does not have big ambition but whatever job he undertakes try to complete the same with due diligence .

BOOK FAIR

Yesterday I visited the book fair which is now being held at Kolkata  after a long time . This time it is different. There is no dust on the road and Fair  area is clean compare to earlier days . Drinking water arrangement is good and available to all . Toilets are clean inside the book fair. It has been noticed that some persons were engaged to clear the debris generated in the fair therefore it is evident that organiser  

is keen to keep the fair area clean. 

There are number of stalls of well known publication house . USIS and British council are distributing library cards with a subscription. Except the controversy about Mr. Salman Rushdie all other things are placed in position. However controversy does not touch the common man. No body was perturbed.

News Paper reports confirm that either Mr Rushdi or  Government is not divulging the fact. However common man enjoyed the controversy .
